Jamie Winship is a former Washington, D.C. law enforcement officer turned peacebuilder who has worked in high-conflict regions worldwide. He created the Identity Method, a process for resolving inner conflict and unlocking creativity, and is the author of Living Fearless. With his wife, Donna, he co-founded Identity Exchange, helping leaders and teams thrive in authentic identity.

Donna Winship spent 25 years in Southeast Asia and the Middle East, where she learned to live fearlessly in her true identity. She is co-author of several transformation courses, including the Identity Method. With her husband, Jamie, she also co-founded Identity Exchange, equipping leaders and teams to experience authentic freedom and resiliency.

Derek, a pastor and leader in the Intermountain West, directs Intermountain Church Planters and founded Salt City Underground. Known for authenticity and bold faith, he lives with joy and prayerful expectancy. Derek and his wife Bri live in Salt Lake City with their four children and an exchange daughter.
