INTERN WITH US

These principles are what our church is modeled after. You will receive an 8-week training on all things DMM.

We are a "Go and Tell" church. We encourage all to live out The Great Commission. Everyone is a pastor to their people.

The core of Salt City Underground. This is where relationships are formed, and people discover God for themselves.

A regular habit of our church. In order for breakthrough to take place, we need God to go before us.

You will be equipped with numerous gospel-sharing tools, preparing you to "go out amongst the lost" regularly.

Typically seen within a DBS. The goal is generational discipleship: seeing DBS's produce more DBS's.

Pouring coffee, carrying heavy boxes, and doing the work that no one else wants to do is what I expected to do when I came to Salt City. That's usually what you do when you are interning for a church. That is not true for Salt City and walking into the door on the first day thinking that all you are is an intern is a bad mindset to walk in with. You need to take yourself and your work here seriously because what you are doing actually matters.

I have been learning how to plant churches by going out into the communities around me and asking people if they need prayer for anything, and if I see that they are open to a spiritual conversation, inviting them to
start a Discovery Bible Study to discover what the Bible says for themselves, as well as how to obey it. The vast majority of people that are willing to have spiritual conversations with strangers and open up about their lives and struggles astonished me.
